What You'll Do.
Oversee operations of multifamily housing communities
Manage financial operations
Document administration adequately
Communicate with Regional Manager
Recommend strategies and adjustments
Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
Monitor all proposals and contracts
Monitor work in progress
Ensure proper response to property emergencies
Manage excellent customer service
Monitor service request turnaround
Monitor responsiveness of maintenance staff
Maintain property appearance
Ensure repairs are noted and completed
Plan for and utilize property resources economically
Obtain bids/pricing from vendors
Deal with inadequate service
Give direction to maintenance activities
Give direction to construction activities
Give direction to rehabilitation activities
Ensure quality and expediency of activities
Walk units to ensure make-ready
Walk units to ensure work orders are completed
