What You'll Do.
Oversee operations of multifamily housing communities
Manage financial operations
Document administration adequately
Communicate with Regional Manager
Develop yearly operating budgets
Develop yearly forecasts
Monitor all proposals
Monitor contracts for large projects
Check work in progress
Ensure proper response to property emergencies
Handle property emergencies within company guidelines
Manage excellent customer service
Monitor service request turnaround
Monitor maintenance staff responsiveness
Maintain property appearance
Ensure repairs are noted
Ensure repairs are completed timely
Plan for property resources
Plan for supplies economically
Obtain bids from vendors
Obtain pricing from vendors
Deal with inadequate service
Give direction to maintenance activities
Give direction to construction activities
Give direction to rehabilitation activities
Ensure quality of activities
Ensure expediency of activities
Walk units to ensure make-ready
Walk units to ensure work orders completed
