What You'll Do.
Support multi-site production
Develop and design solutions
Manage outside contractors
Be on call for emergencies
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Maintain positive working relationships with operations
Handle multiple projects and daily activities
Develop plans to accomplish goals
Ensure safety programs and procedures are followed
Develop business plans
Provide guidance and direction
Set and track budgets
Understand and implement safety programs
Provide enriched feedback
Provide associates with written performance appraisals
Mentor all facilities associates
Motivate and provide direction
Promote and conduct good housekeeping
