Physical demands: Sitting, walking, standing, bending at the neck, bending at the waist, squatting, climbing, kneeling, crawling, twisting at the neck and waist, repetitive use of hands, simple grasping, power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, reaching above and below the shoulder, carrying/lifting up to 50 lbs., Driving cars, trucks, forklifts and other equipment, Working around equipment and machinery, Exposure to excessive noise, Exposure to dust, gas, fumes or chemicals, Working at heights, Use of special visual or auditory protective equipment, Walking on uneven ground, Operation of foot controls or repetitive foot movement, Risk of exposure to bio-hazard, Must be able to work overtime as needed, Remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes, Required PPE: Safety glasses, Utility gloves, Steel-toe slip-resistant shoes, Hardhat, Hearing protection, Face shields, Face covering (mask)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
one to three years related experience and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience, Working knowledge of an ERP system, I. E. Prism, Intermec, and/or AS400 system, Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel programs, Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with difficult find resolutions, escalate and communicate situations to Shift Manager
Nice to Have
ERP system experience with Prism, Intermec, and/or AS400 system, Bilingual in Spanish
What You'll Do.

Lead and coordinate personnel activities
Review schedule and formulate plan
Assign work to employees
Perform follow-up and resolution of plan variances
Provide feedback to employees
Review previous day's results
Communicate with personnel for timely delivery
Make labels and print instructions sheets
Monitor and ensure employees are working safely
Provide feedback regarding policy violations
Determine work procedures and expedite workflow
Examine work for exactness and conformance
Verify status and check for facility/equipment damage
Perform daily Prism transaction
Train injection personnel
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
Execute each essential duty satisfactorily
Follow all safety procedures
Perform effectively as a team member
Take ownership of own work and behavior
Follow all department quality standards
Understand and demonstrate Cambro company culture
Understand department's key performance indicators
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with other shifts to resolve housekeeping issues
Work overtime as needed
Perform duties of packaging personnel if needed
