Due to continued growth, HDR has immediate openings for MN/WI Area Business Class Lead for ICT (Information & Communication Technology)/Physical Security Engineers to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll forge powerful relationships with both internal teams and external clients, especially in the cutting-edge field of Telecommunications and Physical Security, while leading an engineering team to deliver innovative solutions. The ICT/Security Business Class Lead is responsible for strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational excellence of the organization’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and electronic security systems portfolio. This role entails consistent delivery standards, drives innovation, and aligns business development, engineering, and execution teams to achieve profitable growth and client satisfaction. The Business Class Lead serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for ICT and security systems—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, structured cabling, and network infrastructure—while also guiding standards, best practices, and workforce development across the area. Primary Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the vision, strategy, and growth plan
