What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years ICT/Physical Security Engineers, Subject matter expert (SME) for ICT and security systems, Access control systems (ACS), Video surveillance (CCTV/VMS), Intrusion detection systems, Intercom and mass notification systems, Structured cabling and network infrastructure, High level of problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer), PSP (Physical Security Professional), BICSI DCDC, OSP, or RTPM, Experience in consulting, construction, or systems integration, Background in enterprise-level or mission-critical facilities, Proficiency in Bluebeam, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of engineering drawings and design standards, Desire for continuous learning and professional education

In this dynamic role, you’ll forge powerful relationships with both internal teams and external clients, especially in the cutting-edge field of Telecommunications and Physical Security, while leading an engineering team to deliver innovative solutions. The ICT/Security Business Class Lead is responsible for strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational excellence of the organization’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and electronic security systems portfolio. This role entails consistent delivery standards, drives innovation, and aligns business development, engineering, and execution teams to achieve profitable growth and client satisfaction. The Business Class Lead serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for ICT and security systems—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, structured cabling, and network infrastructure—while also guiding standards, best practices, and workforce development across the area.
