What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 to 3 years of sales experience, Ability to analyze sales data, Proficiency in building and executing sales plans, business acumen, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building skills, Experience in collaboration cross-functionally, Knowledge of supply chain operations, Understanding of pricing structures, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to adapt selling strategies to virtual platforms, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Valid driver’s license, Willingness to travel overnight
Nice to Have
Prior experience managing distributor relationships, working with foodservice operators, Experience in direct sales, account management, business development within the foodservice or hospitality industry
What You'll Do.
Lead geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales
Drive branded market share and profitability
Execute Foodservice ADM playbook
Develop and implement sales strategies with distributors
Build and maintain distributor relationships
Drive penetration of high-priority SKUs
Identify and manage sales opportunities pipeline
Own bottom-up sales planning process
Lead full sales cycle
Meet and exceed revenue targets
Execute sales and marketing priorities
Support Sales Ops & Planning team
Establish Joint Business Plans with distributors
Support Order to Cash process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; Collaborate with brokers; Assist operators as needed; Collaborate with Sales Operations Planning team, Finance and Supply; Collaboration cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales operations teams
Communication Scope
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Ability to present and sell concepts effectively
