Some travel is required, for intermittent and extended overnight trips., Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related field, 2+ years of supervisory (mid-to-upper management) experience, 5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities, Multi-site or multi-state management experience, Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements

Nice to Have

QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) certification, PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPM (Certified Program Manager), Financial management or nonprofit management certifications, CSP or CHST (safety certifications, for residential program environments), Experience in program development, marketing, and business expansion, Data-driven performance management experience, Knowledge of Indiana-specific disability service regulations, including licensing, Medicaid compliance, and residential/community program standards

What You'll Do.

Oversees all programs and services in the assigned geographic region

and operational oversight

Ensures high-quality services for individuals with disabilities

Expands and develops new business opportunities

Works closely with program directors

and the state management team

Drives excellence and ensures compliance

Leads and manages program directors and support staff

Fosters teamwork and ensures high-quality service delivery

Oversees financial performance

and accounts receivable

Anticipates and addresses fiscal challenges

Ensures compliance with licensure

and contract requirements

Supervises program development

and the implementation of support plans

Expands and develops new and existing business units

Represents Dungarvin in local

and regional workgroups

Assesses organizational risk and implements risk management protocols

Responds to customer and employee concerns

Provides guidance and support to resolve issues promptly

Works closely with program directors, support staff, and the state management team; Fosters teamwork; Represents Dungarvin in local, state, and regional workgroups, committees, and partnerships; Builds relationships with staff, families, and external stakeholders

Communication: Clearly convey expectations, provide feedback, and build relationships with staff, families, and external stakeholders.
