support and develop Sales Managers and Roofing Consultants
Drive profitability and ensure operational consistency across all locations
Build high-performing teams and develop future leaders

Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to drive growth
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
Drive regional performance through strategic planning
and operational execution
Oversee and support multiple Sales Managers
Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch/district
Own the profit and loss responsibility for the entire region
Ensure operational processes align with company standards
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and support teams
Recruit new Roofing Consultants
and develop Sales Managers and their teams
Assist with the training and onboarding of new Roofing Consultants
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Promote and uphold Apple Roofing’s Purpose
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain quality standards across all operations
Support a culture focused on delivering a sweeter experience
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

POSITION OVERVIEW At Apple Roofing, we are building a sweeter experience for our customers, teammates, and communities. The Area Director is responsible for leading the overall performance, growth, and operational success of their assigned market(s). This role provides strategic leadership across sales, operations, customer experience, and team development while ensuring alignment with the Company’s Purpose, Mission, and Values. The Area Director oversees branch performance, supports and develops Sales Managers and Roofing Consultants, drives profitability, and ensures operational consistency across all locations within their region. This leader plays a critical role in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating a culture rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: - Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. - Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends. - Drive regional performance through strategic planning, accountability, and operational execution. OPERATIONS OVERSIGHT: - Oversee and support multiple Sales Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. If no Sales Managers are in the market, perform the duties of a Sales Manager, including leading sales teams and overseeing production. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch/district, ensuring operational excellence and consistency. - Own the profit and loss responsibility for the entire region, driving financial performance and cost efficiency. - Ensure operational processes align with company standards and support scalability across markets. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. - Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and support teams to ensure alignment and execution
