Develops the ‘Route to Market’ strategy together with the SM and ensures OTIF implementation. Manages performance of relevant stakeholders in the team, inclusive of direct reports, key accounts, and general Customers **Key responsibilities:** * Strong understanding of territory geography, market dynamics, and competitive landscape * Expertise in channel strategy, Route-to-Market (RTM) architecture, and key inputs/outputs (I&Os) * Hands-on leadership of field operations, including distribution, market execution, and customer management * Effective use of analytics and monitoring tools to track performance and drive decision-making * Ensure compliance with trade spend (TTS) and incentive processes, including governance and controls * Ownership of primary stock management, demand planning, and distributor financial health (JBP) * Execution of RTM action plans and achievement of volume targets with accurate forecasting inputs
