Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 8+ years of experience in facilities management, Focus on integrated facilities management, Proven track record of leading teams, Proven track record of managing IFM operations, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to build relationships with clients, Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, Ability to build relationships with team members, Business acumen, Financial management capabilities, Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, Knowledge of compliance requirements, Ability to ensure contract governance requirements are met, Leadership experience fostering collaborative relationships, Ability to drive excellence in service delivery, Ability to connect IFM to other service lines effectively
Nice to Have
