What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline, Minimum 12–15 years of experience in landscape construction supervision projects, GCC/UAE experience, knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, public realm works, and landscape construction methodologies, Experience in large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or master community developments, Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and relevant UAE authority standards, communication, coordination, and reporting skills, Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation review
Nice to Have
Knowledge of horticulture practices and plant specifications suitable for GCC climate, Experience in authority inspections and asset handover procedures, Ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate interdisciplinary works, understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction safety standards
