What You'll Achieve.
ensure seamless interoperability across mission-critical platforms; provide an enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable, and aligned with BIP capability needs; support acquisition documentation; ensure seamless data flow; ensure secure and efficient data exposure; detect anomalies, duplicates, or missing fields early; ensure accurate transformation of data; optimize data query performance and integration speeds
Industry & Context.
analysis of CPE CBRND capability gaps and overlaps; identify system dependencies and potential capability gaps; identify and resolve data silos, access issues, or format mismatches; identify bottlenecks; resolve data integration failures or synchronization issues
Travel up to 20% CONUS, as required, Secret Clearance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
twelve (12) years of Software Development/Information Technology experience, eight (8) years of Software Architecture experience, three (3) years of experience developing and maintaining one or more Department of Defense Acquisition Framework (DODAF) v2.0 data architecture products and/or Data Models within standard data modeling tools (ERStudio, Erwin, etc.), one (1) year working experience with the UNICOM Systems Architect tool or No Magic Inc. MagicDraw Architect tool, three (3) years working experience with either the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), two (2) years experiences with Joint Common System Function List (JCSFL), Joint Common Architecture (JCA), Net-Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR KPP), Universal Joint Task List (UJTL), and National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), Secret Clearance

Serve as primary point of contact
Organize program architecture workflows
Develop holistic view of data strategy
Act as program-level architect
Support analysis of capability gaps
Develop DODAF architectures
Use architecture products to identify dependencies
Develop architecture models
Develop system-level architectures
Ensure architecture consistency
Develop architecture products for acquisition
Provide comments for program documentation
Participate in Integrated Product Teams
Translate business features to user stories
Prioritize data integration tasks
Define and update data models
Define and update APIs
Define and update ETL/ELT pipelines
Establish completion criteria
Oversee creation of data mapping documentation
Guide design and implementation of APIs
Identify and resolve data silos
Implement automated data validation checks
Oversee integration of database migrations
Oversee integration of data pipeline updates
Monitor data query performance
Monitor integration speeds
Establish protocols for data integration failures
Establish protocols for synchronization issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts; Work with JCPE CBRND program engineers; Serve as liaison between DBAs, backend developers, frontend developers, and data scientists
Communication Scope
assess and clearly communicate technical and project risks
Process & Methodology
workflow organizer, prioritize data integration tasks, manage data dependencies, ensure data dependencies do not impede development, schedule optimization tasks
