10+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience in a complex, highly regulated environment, Demonstrated success in delivery enablement, governance, or a related role, Knowledge of modern software architectures, software delivery practices, and generative AI capabilities, relationship management experience, Ability to collaborate effectively and influence technical teams and leaders, Experience applying policy-driven governance, auditability, and risk mitigation, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

**Architecture Senior Advisor, AI Enablement** As a Senior Architecture Advisor, AI Enablement, you will lead the evaluation and production readiness of AI products and capabilities across the enterprise. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, governable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business outcomes. You will partner closely with Legal and Information Protection to ensure GenAI initiatives meet regulatory, security, and enterprise risk‑management requirements.
