This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Chartered Member of CIAT (or working towards), or an ARB registered Architect with a technical focus and demonstrable experience delivering complex projects. Proven experience working within multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors and project scales. High level of competence in Revit, with experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects, model coordination, clash detection and federated models. Experience using collaboration and coordination tools such as Navisworks and specification platforms including NBS. Ability to take responsibility for defined technical packages or workstreams, with an awareness of project budgets and programmes. Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants and contractors. A proactive, flexible and “can‑do” approach, demonstrating commitment, professionalism and a team ethic.
