What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ARB registration, Direct experience of lead coordinator role, Full UK Driving licence
Nice to Have
familiarity with commercial, education, commercial and local government sector clients, A creative designer with an understanding of technical delivery, Experience in preparing successful bids and tenders, Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders, A good awareness of Autodesk Revit, managing projects in a BIM environment
