Extensive experience leading senior architectural teams on large, complex projects, Proven ability to build cohesion, maintain morale, and promote team spirit, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Ability to make sound, timely decisions under pressure, Deep knowledge of architectural design, urban planning, landscape design, interior design, facades, and material selection, Technical expertise across multidisciplinary design, Demonstrated experience delivering metro/transportation projects from early concept stages through to construction delivery, Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and site interface requirements, Collaborative mindset, Ability to provide firm professional opinions

What You'll Do.
Lead and manage a team of senior architects
Undertake design review of D&B Contractor’s design
Ensure architectural elements are coordinated and integrated
Provide technical direction across disciplines
Review and assess Contractor design submissions
Present design findings to stakeholders
Offer advice to project leadership team
Encourage Contractor design processes
Oversee design interfaces across disciplines
Ensure deliverables meet quality and safety obligations
