Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM, creating families, managing drawing sets), Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (3D modeling, texturing, advanced lighting, rendering), Skills in Adobe Photoshop for rendering post-production, Understanding of architectural graphic standards, construction methods, building materials, and detailing, Excellent sense of scale, proportion, color, and composition, Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps, Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage, Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor, A minimum of 8 GB RAM, Backup Device must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor, Backup Device must be functional during power interruptions, A functioning webcam, A noise-canceling USB headset, A quiet, dedicated home office space, A smartphone for communication and verification purposes

Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Architectural Drafter & 3D Visualizer** to join our client's growing design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and technical execution. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into detailed, accurate production drawings using **Revit** , as well as creating high-end, photo-realistic 3D renderings using **3ds Max**. **The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of building construction, a keen eye for architectural visualization (lighting, textures, and composition), and the ability to seamlessly move between technical drafting and creative rendering.** ### Job Responsibilities * **Technical Drafting & Modeling**: Produce accurate, detailed architectural models and construction documentation (CD sets), including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Autodesk Revit. * **3D Visualization & Rendering**: Develop high-quality, photo-realistic interior and exterior 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations using 3ds Max (integrated with V-Ray, Corona, or similar render engines). * **Collaboration** : Work closely with architects, project managers, and interior designers to understand project requirements, incorporate redlines, and refine design concepts. * **Asset & Library Management**: Maintain and organize the firm’s Revit families, 3ds Max asset libraries, materials, and rendering templates to ensure workflow efficiency. * **Quality Control** : Ensure all drawings and visualizations meet company standards, local building codes, and project specifications. * **Post-Production** : Perform post-production editing on renderings using Adobe Photoshop to enhance lighting, add entourage, and refine final presentation materials. **Requirements** * **Education** : Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting/Design, or a related field. * **Software Expertise** : * **Autodesk Revit** : Advanced proficiency in building information m
