The role requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.   ## Your Role Conduct thorough assessments of site characteristics including existing structures and topography. Create and refine site planning concepts, ensuring they align with project goals and client requirements. Perform detailed research on local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance. Work closely with architecture and civil engineering teams to develop a cohesive plan. Meet with clients and internal teams to discuss project goals, present site plans, and make necessary adjustments. Design and review site plans for new and existing land developments, considering factors such as site access, existing conditions, regional design standards, and current market standards. Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines efficiently. Ability to present design options to clients and develop client relationships. Responsi
