Woolpert is hiring a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic Architecture team based in our Charlotte, NC office. This position reports to the Architectural Team Leader and will be responsible for performing work on all phases of various public/private projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings, and more. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. #LI-SN1 #LI-Hybrid What You Will Do: Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project. Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration. Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems. What You Will Bring: 5-year bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture.
