What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 or more years of related work experience, 1 or more years of architecture, interior design, engineering or construction experience, Knowledge of the construction documentation process, equipment and fixtures, and drawing package components, including plans, elevations, details, and schedules, Proficiency in software including MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or interior design, Working towards or completed NCIDQ examination, Experience in designing retail and/or food oriented projects
What You'll Do.
create and modify construction documents
Conceptual design development
Final design phases of projects
Provide technical and creative support
Deliver projects on time
Design and draft using 2D and 3D applications
Produce architectural and interior design work
Perform field inspections
Research and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with layout and plan preparation
select and apply standard design techniques
Coordinate information with other groups
Execute program specifications
Provide input on equipment
Develop conceptual designs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, Maintenance, and manufacturers' representatives; Coordinate information with other group members and external architectural and engineering resources; Collaborative team through charettes and reviews
