Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 6+ years of design program management experience, Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite, Experience working in a collaborative team environment, Experience managing and troubleshooting network, Analytical skills, Attention to detail, Effective communication abilities
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field, Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, Experience with packaging technologies and systems, Experience with high-speed manufacturing, Experience with design-in-safety, Experience with process design based on Lean Principles
What You'll Do.
Lead spatial design and architectural coordination
Integrate building shell
material handling equipment
Translate architectural drawings into operational composites
Coordinate structural constraints
Overlay safety modules for safe working conditions
Conduct clash detection between building structure
Manage design resources across concurrent projects
Serve as primary interface to WWDE
Establish BIM standards
Drive process improvements that scale across the organization
Review delivery status across portfolio
Adjust resource allocation
Resolve clash detection issues
Lead composite reviews
Facilitate decisions on scope changes
Ensure alignment on delivery timelines
Assess impact of timeline changes
Bring cross-functional teams to consensus
