We offer the opportunity to grow professionally and work on exciting building projects across Canada. This is an immediate need to The successful candidate will: * Review of design drawings, shop drawings, etc. for Building Code Compliance * Prepare Code compliance drawings, reports, letters, alternative solutions, etc. * Conduct site reviews and prepare field review reports. * Attend meetings, presentations, occupancy demonstrations, etc. ## Qualifications * A graduated Technician or Technologist with educational focus in Architectural and Building Technologies (experience in Civil, Mechanical and Structural disciplines is an asset). * Experience using Bluebeam, Adobe, AutoCAD LT, Sketchup, Excel, Word, etc. * Knowledge of Parts 3 and/or 9 of the Building Code. * Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing). * Ability to read and interpret building design drawings (drafting skills are an asset). * Team oriented and able to work individually. * Hold a valid BC Driver’s License.
