1–3 years of experience in estimating support, 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, 1–3 years of experience in construction administration, 1–3 years of experience in architectural support, Bluebeam, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, organizational and documentation skills, Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, High attention to detail and process accuracy, Comfortable working remotely during EST or CST business hours
Nice to Have
millwork or casework environments preferred, Notion, Building Connected, Adobe tools, construction drawings, takeoffs, estimating workflows, bid management systems, coordinating with contractors, coordinating with estimators, coordinating with construction teams
What You'll Do.
Review incoming invitations to bid
Organize project files and documentation
and accessible records
Coordinate with internal estimators
Assign projects and track estimating progress
Follow up proactively to ensure deadlines
Clarify scope details and resolve documentation gaps
Review completed estimates for accuracy
Convert estimates into polished proposals
Submit bids through Building Connected
Follow up with General Contractors
Provide reporting visibility to internal stakeholders
Coordinate project handoff after awarded bids
Notify accounting regarding deposits
Update internal systems and stakeholders
Maintain clean communication and documentation
