Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant field, Minimum 6 years professional experience, Current Architectural Registration in US, Proficiency with Revit, Proficiency with Enscape, Proficiency with Bluebeam, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Critical thinker, Highly analytical, Fully qualified professional, Possess technical capabilities, Able to perform work with latitude, Able to perform work with ambiguity, Creative design portfolio essential
Nice to Have
CDT accreditation preferred, LEED accreditation preferred
What You'll Do.
Contribute production
Contribute coordination
Contribute architectural detailing
Assist in coordination of engineering systems
Maintain communications with Owner
Maintain communications with Consultants
Prepare design sketches
Communicate with other disciplines
Evaluate design for code compliance
Assist in plan check review
Assist in plan check approvals
Process Requests for Information
Perform field site observations
Coordinate with team members
Direct work of interns
Supervise less experienced team members
Monitor less experienced team members
Train less experienced team members
Direct work of less experienced team members
Take leadership role within project team
Take leadership role in team meetings
Participate in marketing proposals
Perform other duties as required
