What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of professional experience in architectural design, 3+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family project design, Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field, Licensed architect in one of the 50 states, 4+ years of professional experience using Revit, understanding of building code, understanding of zoning regulations, understanding of multifamily industry standards, Ability to lead design efforts with oversight, Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, Demonstrates organizational abilities, Proficient in effective communication, Proficient in teamwork, Maintains a positive outlook, Embraces a collaborative team approach, Shows responsibility, Takes pride in their work, Fluent in English, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

What You'll Do.
Address zoning code issues
Contribute creative ideas
Assist in presentations
Produce construction documents using Revit
Manage access to architectural drawings
Ensure timely completion of construction drawings
Coordinate site plans
Review grading and drainage plans
Participate in RFI meetings
Participate in coordination meetings
Attend public meetings
Support architectural tasks
Assist with site observations
Assist with contract conformance reports
Review scopes of work
Review proposals for consultants
Provide weekly progress reports
Address submittal issues
Address change order issues
Coordinate with external consultants
Serve as point of contact
Ensure timely completion of work by consultants
Ensure ADA compliance
Assist in quality control reviews
Assist in accuracy of consultant drawings
Adhere to ACG Design policies
Adhere to ACG Design procedures
Promote timely project completion
Represent company professionally
