Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, Experience in fit-out projects, practical understanding of construction processes, ideally gained through hands-on experience (e. g. , working with contractors or on-site exposure), Well-rounded professional with experience from concept development through project completion, including maintenance of existing buildings, Excellent design, technical drawing, and presentation skills, understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing, including maintenance of existing buildings, with the ability to advise others, Knowledge of building regulations, codes, norms, and standards, Excellent organizational, project management, and reporting skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, leadership and communication skills, Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, Deadline-driven and committed to excellence, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Proficiency in presentation and visual editing programs (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite), Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (Advanced/C1 level)

Experience in building-scale projects is an advantage, Real estate experience is a plus, Proficiency in Revit, Expertise in fire prevention, security, ESG, or related areas is welcome

This role is responsible for leading and supporting architectural, fit-out, and construction-related projects across PSI’s office portfolio, with primary focus on the USA and Canada regions. The position combines architectural planning, project management, contractor coordination, and real estate support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company standards. This individual will serve as a key technical resource, supporting projects from concept development through execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external professionals globally.
