The program has established the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and now seeks to rapidly evolve this platform to meet new requirements and address new customer segments. There is an extensive roadmap for development of the CRM emerging across both current business operations and new transformational capabilities. In this role you will: * Be responsible for the architectural design and guidance of the delivery of technology platforms and projects adhering to higher level principles and standards. * Maximise the potential of the Dynamics solution whilst recognising and managing its limitations. * Work across TA business and technology teams as well as third party vendors and systems. * Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture for projects and ensure technical alignment to business requirements. * Maintain architecture artefacts and provide input and support into the broader architecture practice and technology roadmap. * Manage a knowledgebase of solution architecture IP that can
