What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree educated – RIBA Parts 1, and/or 2 or equivalent, Registered architect – ARB or equivalent in country of origin, Excellent design skills, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Proficiency in Photoshop, Proficiency in 3D Max, Excellent command of written and spoken English, At least 4 years’ experience
Nice to Have
RIBA or equivalent membership preferred, Previous experience in high-rise building design and construction is advantageous, Previous experience in an office environment working as part of a team is preferred, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese are highly desirable

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Ensure proper coordination between disciplines and sub-consultants; Coordinate with engineers in relation to the proper execution of designs; Coordinate and submit drawings and documents required for the approval of local authorities; Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers and other disciplines as required; Coordinate with sub-consultants; Coordinate with all disciplines and the project coordinator to assist in design changes; Address and coordinate with post contract team for any un-resolved issues; Work as part of a team

Overall Purpose An Architect should aim to achieve design excellence by assisting in the creation of designs that are both appropriate and in line with the companies design philosophy. The role involves ensuring that a building’s design intent is fully conveyed by means of any and all appropriate documentation required. The design should fully consider the project brief, site, best architectural practices and local codes and authority to approve in accordance with the companies QA / QC procedures.
