What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, 0 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture, Professional architectural licensure, Proficient in Revit, core proficiency in standard architectural software, Comprehensive understanding of conventional architecture, including knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for constructing or renovating small to moderately complex buildings, Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing precise technical plans, drawings, reports, and models, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, Ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity, Capability to assist in marketing and business development efforts

Nice to Have

Graduate degree not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations, LEED AP and other certifications preferred but not required, knowledge of Bluebeam, knowledge of sustainable design principles

DLR Group's Las Vegas office has an opening for an Architect K-12. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Position Summary As an Architect at DLR Group, you will play a key role in various aspects of project development, working within established parameters. You will assist in creating and delivering project documents and collaborate with the integrated design team to ensure high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include adhering to project schedules, managing budgets, and following work plans to support the successful completion of projects. As part of our integrated design team, you create buildings that elevate the human experience through design. You will partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure the financial health of the project, the quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration and communication. Additionally, you will lead the cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
