What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BASc/BArch (Essential), MArch (Essential), Relevant experience in the architectural/construction industry (Essential), Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently (Essential), Working knowledge: Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook (Essential), RevitIM 360 fundamentals (Essential), Able to travel in the UK (Essential), Able to work out of office hours when required to meet project deadlines (Essential)

Nice to Have

Registration with ARB and RIBA, and/or equivalent overseas professional body (Desirable), At least 4 years of experience (Desirable), Proven experience in RIBA Stages (Desirable), Previous experience with complex projects (like Data Centres, Healthcare, Aviation, Mixed-use or Multi-family residential) (Desirable), Technical skills/detailing experience (Desirable), Experience coordinating complex projects in a BIM environment (Desirable), Average verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external relationships (Essential), Organizational skills to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities (Essential), Able to read, analyse and interpret complex documents including technical journals (Desirable), BIM Level 2 (Desirable), Graphics: Adobe Bluebeam (Desirable), 3D visualisation (Desirable), NBS (Desirable), AutoCAD (Desirable), Able to travel abroad as required (Desirable)
