What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design or a related field, Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D design for lightweight or temporary construction projects, portfolio showcasing event or exhibition design, lightweight/modular structures, Advanced skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), understanding of structural integrity, spatial layouts, and materials used for temporary applications, Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Nice to Have
A diploma in 3D Design, Exhibition Design, or Event Production may also be considered based on experience, Technical training in 3D modelling software (e. g. , 3ds Max, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino) is highly preferred
What You'll Do.
Create high-quality 3D designs
Develop scalable 3D models
and event flow considerations
Create parametric components
Design with knowledge of lightweight structural systems
Specify practical load-bearing configurations
and balancing mechanisms
Prepare detailed technical drawings
Coordinate with technical teams
Use rendering engines
Optimize models for rendering
Apply knowledge of light and durable materials
Work closely with fabricators
Deliver multiple design tasks on time
Adjust designs based on feedback
Prioritize tasks based on project timelines
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and technical teams; Collaborate with internal departments including production, project management, and procurement; Participate in project meetings; Support site inspections and on-ground setup
