Must Have

Archer IRM platform administration, Experience supporting configuration deployments, Experience with SDLC methodologies, Experience with Archer packaging, Support and manage incoming requests into Service Now, User access administration, Record updates, Reassignment requests, Data imports /exports, Workflow troubleshooting, Recurring tasks and reporting, Ad-hoc tasks/projects, Develop and maintain relationships with Archer IRM team, Develop and maintain relationships with global user base, Maintain and execute standard operating procedures, Ensure internal controls and procedures are adhered to, Client support, Training to user community, Proactively identifies and acts on emerging issues, Works with Development teams to resolve issues, Follow defined processes for resolving incidents, Follow defined processes for service requests, Logging tickets in tracking system, Manage helpdesk ticket queue, MS Office applications, Mastery of intermediate Excel functions, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Technical skills, Analytical skills, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Excellent problem solving skills, Research skills, Follow-up skills, Comfortable working under pressure, Comfortable working with hard deadlines

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Assist with administration of Archer platform

Manage user access/permissions

Manage record updates

Manage reassignment requests

Manage data imports and exports

Troubleshoot system workflow issues

Assist with end-user support

Ensure Archer IRM platform enables Risk Excellence

Provide Level 1 support for Archer platform

Support configuration deployments

Support and manage incoming requests into Service Now

Provide administration and support of Archer IRM platform

Support record updates

Support reassignment requests

Support data imports /exports

Support workflow troubleshooting

Support recurring tasks and reporting

Support ad-hoc tasks/projects

Develop and maintain relationships with Archer IRM team

Develop and maintain relationships with global user base

Maintain and execute standard operating procedures

Ensure internal controls and procedures are adhered to

Provide client support

Provide training to user community

Proactively identify and act on emerging issues

Work with Development teams to resolve issues
