We are currently looking for an **Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Administrator** to join our team. **What you will do** In this full-time, 100% office-based role, you will perform administrative duties and will work in our Alarm Monitoring Centre in Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon, BT66 6SY. **How you will do it** The main duties will include but not limited to the below across both AIM & Envision: * Updating Keyholder information. * Processing communicator orders for installers. * Processing cancellation of communicators. * Setting up of new records. * Report generation. * Commissioning of systems. * Handling customer queries. * Quality checking. * Updating on call rotas. * Managing and maintaining Engineer dispatch services. * Footage requests. * Alarm schedule maintenance. * Connection checks. **What we offer** * Comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, employee assistance program, employee referral scheme, employee discounts including high street brands, cycle 2 work scheme and discount on Johnson Controls security products * Paid Annual Leave, plus bank holidays (Holiday buy back option available) * Full Time & permanent contract: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 * Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy * Access to business resource groups #LI-Onsite #GOSIA
