What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience as Arbetsledare, Experience from construction, civil engineering, or industrial projects, Experience leading or coordinating work on construction site, Good understanding of production, work environment, and safety, Relevant education or equivalent work experience, Good knowledge of Swedish and English, B-driving license
Nice to Have
Experience from large industrial projects, Experience with steel, Relevant certifications in steel
What You'll Do.
Lead and distribute work
Plan and coordinate production
Ensure work follows schedule

Conduct and follow up daily safety briefings
Coordinate subcontractors and resources
Participate in selection of production methods
Contribute to project progress
Support site manager in planning
Support site manager in risk management
Support site manager in follow-up
