What They're Looking For.

Must Have

C2 level of Arabic, C1 of English (both written and spoken), BAS degree, developed practical experience (16 months), Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, aptitude for quickly grasping new technology concepts, Developing business acumen, eagerness to understand solution-selling methodologies, Eagerness to succeed in a target-driven, phone-based communication environment, Developing experience in sales prospecting, with a focus on initial contact and lead qualification, Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools, Professional and highly ethical, developing ability to steer a business conversation toward key outcomes, Self-motivated and proactive individual, competitive drive and tenacity to learn and achieve, Middle East Market Knowledge: general understanding of the diversity of the Middle East market, Knowledge of cultural differences in the region, Familiarity with MENA business practices and etiquette, Middle East Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with professionals from different Middle East countries, Understanding of the nuances of Arabic business communication, Familiarity with formal and informal communication styles in the region, Middle East Cultural Knowledge: multicultural sensitivity, Ability to build trust relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds, Knowledge of the predominant values in the region, Middle East Legal Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy regulations in Middle East countries, Familiarity with relevant business laws and regulations in the region

What You'll Do.

Identifying robust sales opportunities

Profiling prospective customers

Discovering customer needs

Driving new business through various outbound campaigns

Proactively engaging businesses

Identifying and qualifying business needs

Proposing adequate solutions

Sending customers on the most appropriate Sales path

Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects

Educate prospects on Cloud offerings

Execute daily outbound callsails (including cold calling) to C-level decision makers

Quickly establish rapport

Understand pain points

Gather technical requirements

Align business needs with Cloud solutions (solution-selling)

Build value for next sales steps

Maintain prospect/customer data in Salesforce (CRM)

Diligently document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce for stakeholder clarity
