By joining Rolls‑Royce, you'll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that believes individuality is our greatest strength, and all perspectives, experiences and backgrounds help us innovate and enable our high-performance culture. **_Key responsibilities:_** **Operational Delivery** * Coordinates and supervises day-to-day tasks and workload allocation. * Recognizes unusual transactions, trends, or variations and communicate findings and recommendations to the management and stakeholders. * Proactively recognizes issues within scope of responsibilities, identifies options and implements solutions. * Participates in further waves of process transition and stabilisation. **Performance Management and Continuous Improvement** * Drives team and process performance through data driven insights. * Coordinates, develops and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments. * Support Projects including process re-designing and process standardization. * Ensures that process documentation and process flow are updated on regular and timely basis * Drives automation and process optimization * Provides inputs to restructuring and automation projects **Stakeholder Management** * Provides clear, concise, and regular updates to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and to the leadership team. * Drives operational governance. * Coordinates efforts across different departments to address inter-departmental issues and collaborates to deliver the best service experience. **Escalation Management** * Monitors team performance in handling escalations and provides coaching to improve proficiency. * Leads issue resolution and implements relevant controls in line with process requirements.
