What You'll Do.
Own full cycle of accounts receivable past due
Call customers to collect payments
Research account reconciliations
Analyze account reconciliations
Manage a portfolio of customer receivables
Maximize Amazon’s cash flow
Solve customer payment issues
Provide prompt customer-oriented service
Provide detailed customer-oriented service
Handle internal Accounts Receivable inquiries
Handle external Accounts Receivable inquiries
Maintain detailed notes in collections tools
Create tasks in collections tools
Set reminders in collections tools
Escalate to direct manager
Escalate to senior leaders
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
