The AR Cash Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the team’s daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions, compliance with internal controls, and delivery of high-quality financial reporting. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Lead and manage day-to-day team activities, workload allocation, and prioritization * Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of KPIs * Ensure accuracy and completeness of General Ledger and AR-related transactions * Approve journals, reconciliations, and accounting entries in line with policies * Oversee bank, receivables, intercompany, and cash management activities * Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Drive process improvements and ensure documentation is up to date * Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls * Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of team members * Manage escalations, team coverage, and performance topics ## Qualifications * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent * Relevant experience in accounting, AR, or finance operations * Team leadership or people management experience * Experience in multinational or shared services environment (advantage) Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) * Strong Excel and ERP (SAP preferred) skills * Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven * Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management * Ability to
