We are seeking a motivated AR and Collection Intern to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection team. In this role, you will assist with managing customer accounts, handling collections, and supporting various AR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in AR and collections within a dynamic and growing company. **As an AR and Collection Intern you will:** * Assist with customer inquiries and issues through professional and timely email and phone communication. * Manage a list of outstanding customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances. * Ensure accuracy of customer account balances by issuing and reviewing customer statements. * Support AR invoice creation and act as a backup to our billing specialist as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure the AR and collection processes meet organizational needs. * Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. * Assist with ad-hoc projects, including system upgrades and integration of new business acquisitions
