What You'll Do.
Assist with customer inquiries
Assist with customer issues
Manage outstanding customer accounts
Follow up on overdue balances
Ensure accuracy of customer account balances
Issue customer statements
Review customer statements
Support AR invoice creation
Act as backup to billing specialist
Provide excellent customer service
Assist with ad-hoc projects
Assist with system upgrades
Assist with integration of new business acquisitions
