What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire), Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping, Ability to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs
Nice to Have
Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience
What You'll Do.
Help both adults and children improve their swimming
Teach life skills to our youngest members and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level
Help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities
Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
Responds to member questions
clean and organized pool area
