What You'll Do.
Coordinate facility usage for aquatic center services
Ensure adequate safety measures for staff and patients
Assist therapists in planning and scheduling pool use
Assist in developing program goals and objectives
Coordinate ongoing training and orientation for staff
Assist therapists with patient care in aquatic center
Develop and maintain quality improvement records
Establish and maintain communications within the department
Maintain aquatic facilities and equipment
Record maintenance schedules and quality/safety records
Abide by state and regulatory agency requirements
Evaluate equipment and supply needs
Support submission of purchasing/capital requests
Review and/or revise Aquatic Center policies
