What You'll Do.

Retrieve daily messages from answering machine

Run daily copay collection reports for aquatic visits.

Assist Director of Aquatics in coordination and management of pool vendors.

Manage contracts and invoices for outside pool venues.

Work with accounting department to ensure proper payments.

Monitor inventory and ordering of pool supplies.

Ensure patients have proper insurance authorization.

Oversee independent pool program attendance and payments.

Assist Director of Aquatics with business development initiatives.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works closely with the Director of Aquatics.; Work with the accounting department.
