What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 years experience in production / Quality Control, Understanding of Standards - IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, NIST traceability, Automotive Core Tools, Data Analysis, Equipment experience with calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, and scales, Understanding of change management, Basic GD&T knowledge, Manage SAP transactions (Inventory, Scrap, WIP, Material on Hold)
Nice to Have
Experience in a similar line of work, Basic Knowledge of Google sheets and / or Excel, Gmail, Word, GageTrak

Perform small gauge calibrations
Manage calibration schedule
Maintain measurement equipment
Track past due calibrations
Manage calibration database
Generate calibration reports
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Coordinate vendor calibrations
Audit documents to standard
Manage document change
Validate engineering documents
Adhere to versioning protocols
Maintain master data lists
Notify teams of documentation updates
Audit production standards
Identify discrepancies
Manage corrective actions
Perform Layered Process Audits
Facilitate 5 Axes activities
Participate in Hoshin Kanri
Process customer returns
Execute SAP transactions
Analyze customer returns
Maintain weekly charts
Generate monthly sales reports
Manage customer scorecards
Update Hoshin Kanri site
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate to all teams due and past due calibration; Notify / distribute to the appropriate team members; Notify the corresponding supervisor/ engineer of any non-conformities; Escalate discrepancies to engineering/supervisory root cause analysis; Communicate to the Quality Engineers
