Provide requested products with simultaneous proper management of cost

Manage APUnit consisting of APTeams and cooperating with all supporting functions (process
Organize the production unit into Autonomous Production Teams led by several supervisors

Manage Customers in terms of both Quality and Delivery with an ultimate goal of overal Customer Satisfaction
Support actively the actions and recommendations initialized by Quality Department in order to reach the shared “zero defect”
Introduce development programme for all employees in the APU to achieve multi- skilled and autonomous teams and develop their
