An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position. Membership in the Law Society of Ontario (or equivalent) in good standing is also required. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the area of copyright law. Prior teaching experience will be considered an asset. The Common Law Section reserves the right to select a candidate who does not fully meet each of these requirements, where the candidate’s selection would be beneficial to the progr
