Master's degree in Education (preference for PhD in Education), Recent full-time teaching experience in a school or administration within a school board, including 2 years of implementing the Ontario curriculum related to the course subject with a specialist qualification in the course subject OR Current and refereed research record related to the course subject OR Recent comprehensive exam (Ph. D. ) related to the course subject, Demonstrated knowledge of the current Ontario Curriculum relating to the course subject and Ontario Ministry of Education documents relating to the course subject, Proven ability to apply the Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics of the Ontario College of Teachers
