PhD in Psychology, or related Discipline with a thesis relevant to Design Thinking, three to five years industry experience demonstrating mastery of current practice and theory in all aspects of design thinking, Expert knowledge of management practices related to business innovation, product development, customer experience and the integration of design thinking, significant experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary design projects involving individuals with diverse backgrounds (technology, psychology, creative arts, management)
