What You'll Do.
Act as primary support contact for clients using
Take ownership of issues through resolution
Engage internal teams to correct CRIMS and IBOR
Ensure position and transaction data aligns with State
third-party cash flows
Deliver daily cash projections
Provide stale balance reports to fund managers
Act as subject matter experts in IBOR recordkeeping
Support client operations teams with complex queries
Investigate and resolve client data issues using Middle
and closure of portfolios
Perform report analysis to ensure client requirements are
Escalate potential issues proactively
Build cooperative and professional relationships across Middle Office
Collaborate effectively with global delivery teams
Leverage all available resources to achieve group and

**Who we are looking for** The State Street Alpha Portfolio Services team consists of Front Office Support, Front Office Data Control, Onboarding & Operational Readiness, Portfolio Health, Cash Services, Account Services, and Service Delivery Management functions. Alpha Portfolio Services is expanding to support clients on our Front-to-Back Investment Platform - **Alpha**.
